Slippery floors

Clean up and/or report immediately

Careful when on wet/waxed floors

Obstructed walkways

Remove debris and/or obstructions you find on any walking areas

Loose, worn flooring or torn carpet –Report any of these conditions ASAP

Unsafe Ladders – Never use broken, unstable ladder, nor any unsafe equipment, always inspect for defects

Walking Working Surfaces – Always pay attention to where you are walking, if there’s an object, spill or unsafe condition in your path, pick it up – clean it up – report it!
