Working At Height

All work conducted 6 feet off the ground level or greater shall don a full body harness and be %100 tied off. Measures should be taken to prevent the fall of hand tools and other materials used when working at height such as tool restraints or approved tool buckets.

Employees must have safe access to their workplaces, appropriate means of access and egress. All openings where employees can fall should be effectively closed or surrounded by railings and marked to ensure employees cannot fall through the open hole.

In cases where it is not possible to maintain %100 tie off due to anchor point preventing mobility a safety system should be used by using a life line system in conjunction with a full body harness and double snap hook lanyards.
