Chains should never be loose or hanging, always tighten the chains after the door has been closed. Never haul a pan with loose chains.

Raise the hoist to allow material to fall/slide out of the pan.

• If material does not flow freely out of the pan, rock the truck forward and backwards to allow materials to release.

When in the down position after dumping, secure the door in the closed position. Double check the material that was dumped for consistency with the work order. If the material is inconsistent with the work order:

• Take a sample of the material.
• Take pictures of the material.
• Change the work order.
• Notify Joe Dally.

Release the PTO

Proceed to the pan cleaning area between warehouse 14 and 15 and clean the pan out completely. Finally, close the door and secure all the chains.
