Hurricane Plan – Condition V

Condition 5: Destructive winds are probable within 12 hours

The CERT is to be in place at a secondary CERT safe location. The CERT Leader will conduct initial pre-storm briefings and ensure communication checks with Senior executives. The following actions will take place:

• CERT Leader begins preparing action plans for demobilization and recovery.
• CERT Leader shall ensure phone/e-mail muster of all Houston/Eustis employees completed.

The CERT Leader shall ensure company web pages and phone messaging systems are updated with the latest information on the status of the office closure. All employees will be notified of status through WhatsApp.
