• Ensure that your facility has at least two evacuation routes. Have post evacuation routes in conspicuous locations throughout your facility and include local law enforcement and first responders during training exercises.
• Encourage law enforcement and emergency responders train for an active shooter scenario at your location and make sure it aligns with your EAP.
• Foster a respectful workplace and be aware of indications of workplace violence remed, taking remedial actions accordingly.
