Certification Forklift

As stated previously, OSHA spells out the OSHA forklift certification requirements for employee forklift training in 1910.178(l).

El empleador deberá certificar que cada operador ha sido capacitado y evaluado según lo exige la norma.

If operator has previously received training in a topic specified in this section, and training is appropriate to the truck and working conditions encountered, additional training in that topic is not required if operator has been evaluated and found competent to operate the truck safely.

• Fecha de la formación
• Fecha de la evaluación
• Identidad del instructor/evaluador
