Moving Equipment

Only certified operators can operate powered industrial trucks. Daily inspections prior to use must be completed before each shift. All inaccuracies should be noted and reported to the supervisor for repair.

The use of cell phones, MP3 players, AM/FM radios, wireless devices, headphones, or ear buds are prohibited while operating equipment. Exceptions unless equipment is otherwise equipped or two-way radio use for communication.

• All truck wheels will be chocked prior to loading.
• All moving equipment shall adhere to the 5MPH speed limit on site. (no exceptions)
• All moving equipment that is so equipped with a manufactured seat belt in an Industrial truck or tie off point is a scissor and/or Man lift must maintain %100 tie off.
