Pan Cleaning Station and Exit

It is mandatory to wash ALL pans. All pan rear door seals and pan rear edges must be swept clean of material before proceeding to the cleaning station.

• The pan cleaning station is located between buildings 14 and 15.
• Open the pan rear door and secure the chains on the passenger side of the pan.
• Raise the hoist to allow water and materials to flow into the sump.
• Spray the pan with the hose located next to dock 15 until all materials are out of the pan.
• The truck may accumulate powder and pellets on the pan, chassis, tires, or bumper when dumping in building 15. Make sure there are no plastic pellets left on the truck.

Exiting SPE Site

Service drivers will get out of their vehicle and bang (with mallet) midway on the pan above the curved bottom area, waiting until the Security Officer is within 25’ of the pan itself. This is to ensure the pan is empty.

Driver Responsibility

• Drivers must return to the Sunrise facility with a pan on their Roll off or truck. This includes a call out!
• If a driver must return to the Sunrise facility without a Pan, prior authorization is required.
