Program Elements

Site Audits (Initially conducted by members of the OCS program implementation team)

1. Sunrise will use the site audit checklist to audit every transfer point at our site.
2. Identify the major spill areas. 
3. Determine the cause of spills in each area. 
4. Research/brainstorm ways to solve each problem. 
5. Implement the simplest effective solution. 
6. Follow up to measure success. 
7. Repeat as necessary.
