What does an OCS Hero do?

They are someone who:

• Actively supports and promotes the philosophy and commitment to Operation Clean Sweep.
• Takes the lead in their area to help ensure program compliance.
• Monitors assigned areas making sure spills are cleaned up quickly.
• Works with supervisors and managers to review and revise procedures.
• Performs regular audits in their area reporting results to management.
• Assists other areas with their area audits.
• Encourages feedback and teamwork of fellow employees.
