Congratulations, you’re almost done with the course!  However, let’s take a few minutes to reflect on the course content before you take the final exam. You will only get 2 chances to pass the final with a score of 80% or higher.

If you are NOT confident in your knowledge of one of the following subjects, go back to the relevant lesson in the course to give it a review.

  • OCS’ goal is to help keep plastic pellets, flakes and powder out of the environment.​
  • Sunrise will use the site audit checklist to audit every transfer point at our site.
  • Be aware of your surroundings and careful not to track pellets or dust out of the production areas by being attached to your clothing or shoes, use provided boot cleaner on shoes.
  • Keep golf carts outside of ALL buildings.
  • Pans need to be securely covered and no product residue left inside the pan before moving to the storage yard.
  • Pans should NOT be used to push pellets into piles causing product to get caught up in the chassis of the trailer.
  • Any loss of material pellets, powder can become a slip trip and fall hazard.
  • Be sure to brush off clothing in designated production areas before leaving.
  • Individual personal commitment of every Sunrise employee and contractor is the key to success of our OCS program.
